Fi Europe is one of the world’s largest exhibitions for food ingredients, setting high expectations for communication, design, and functionality. For KMC, the objective was clear: to create an exhibition stand in Paris that could communicate complex knowledge about potato-based ingredients. At the same time, the stand needed to function as an open and welcoming meeting place, with room for dialogue with customers and partners from around the world.
The Solution
Scanex designed and built an exhibition stand for FI Europe 2025, where architecture, content, and technology were integrated from the outset.
The stand featured a modern, warm, and open expression, with clearly defined zones for meetings, dialogue, and knowledge sharing. A central element was a wall illustrating the potato’s journey from soil to finished product, making KMC’s expertise tangible and easily accessible to visitors.
To enhance the visitor experience, RFID technology was integrated, enabling digital storytelling and deeper engagement. Visitors could explore selected products in greater detail on their own.
The Result
The result was an interactive (and well-attended) exhibition stand that worked in practice. The stand attracted visitors, encouraged natural conversations, and supported KMC’s brand as a knowledge-driven and professional player in the international market.
