We take responsibility for the entire exhibition process — from the first decisions to the stand being ready again.

 

Project initiation

At the start of every project, we work together to assess your specific needs for each exhibition stand. Scanex provides strategic advisory services, project management, and an evaluation of your brand’s exhibition potential, forming a shared understanding of your concrete requirements. As a client, you are assigned a dedicated project manager who guides you safely through the entire process.

Based on this joint project assessment, we prepare a brief covering everything from objectives to budget. The brief serves as the foundation for the continued collaboration—and once it is agreed upon, we begin the design of the exhibition stand.

Design

During the design phase, we develop concepts through an internal ideation process that closely resembles a structured brainstorm. Based on this work, our in-house designers and architects create a 3D model of the final exhibition stand, which is presented to you before we move into production.

The entire design process is carried out in close dialogue between you and our in-house architects. This collaboration ensures that your specific needs are clearly understood and effectively translated into the design of your exhibition stand.

Following the design phase, we deliver not only a 3D model of the stand, but also a comprehensive project plan that provides a clear overview of all elements we recommend including in the final solution.

Production

Once the design of the exhibition stand has been defined, our carpenters and exhibition technicians begin producing the individual elements of your stand.

Throughout the production phase, we continuously ensure that the solution remains aligned with the original project scope defined during the assessment phase.

No ideas are dismissed upfront. Our experienced team embraces challenges and has the technical expertise to carry them through to completion.

We remain in close dialogue throughout the entire production process to ensure that the final result reflects your vision for the exhibition stand precisely.

On-site

The next phase takes place on-site. As the name suggests, this includes everything that happens at the exhibition itself in connection with installation and setup of the stand. As part of our Full Circle Exhibition solution, we manage the entire process from start to finish - so all you need to do is arrive well-rested and ready for the exhibition.

Scanex ensures the safe handling and transport of all materials from our production facilities to the exhibition venue and back again. We take care of every practical detail, so you don’t have to. Access conditions, construction requirements, and all other technical considerations are reviewed in advance. From experience, we know that thorough preparation at this stage saves valuable time.

Finally, we ensure that your stand is installed exactly as agreed. Our exhibition technicians handle all practical arrangements, including ordering power, identifying rigging points for lighting, and arranging access to water and drainage. This ensures your exhibition stand is fully ready when the exhibition opens.

Storage

As part of our Full Circle Exhibition solution, we offer storage — a simple and efficient way to store and manage your exhibition and brand materials.

We store items such as banners, corporate apparel, beach flags, pop-up walls, and merchandise in our storage facilities. Through your own digital customer portal, you can always view current inventory levels and order materials for pickup or delivery.

The portal can be shared across multiple users and locations and ensures that materials are not double-booked. If needed, we also handle logistics — from check-in and check-out to transport.

Our storage solution gives you clear overview, less handling, and better use of your materials — also between exhibitions.
